Shady RCS account practices

I have an account with them, I had covid relief from my insurance, now I am able to pay again and have made payment and made sure iv done everything to be compliant and they can't be bothered to open the account facilities for use. They are very quick to initiate lawyers and threats when you don't pay, but once you've paid they ignore you and don't honour their side.
