Shady delivery

So disappointed about game's servise regarding my online order. They used a company called Wumdrop to deliver and when I track my order its on its way back to the senser... how because the lad did not arrive let alone make contact with me but she is on herr way back. So I give the delivery lady Thato a call to ask when did she even arrive and she straight gives me attitude and lies about having network issues when I can hear her clearly and she's agitated because she is lying. Game needs to take customers seriously and stop working with subpar courier companies. And to Wumdrop please train your people properly this is unacceptable and disgusting. It takes a phone call for a person to announce their arrival its even worse because the lady did not set live location for me to see that she was here. Im never ordering from Game ever again.
