Sewing machine broken

Good day I bought the sewing machine at game stores in tzaneen 2019, the machine I only used it twice for one month, and it broke I took it back, they told me that I must pay for repair fee and it was under guarantee, and by then the machine was still with game I go back home when I go back in 2020 they told me to bring all the things that were with the machine which I did the first day when I take the machine back, when they check my name was not there on their register book but on the system they found my name, but they promise to call me back till today I didn't receive anything from game, the lady who helped me also took my receipt and paste it on their registry book, please assist me i need my machine back or my money back,
