Settlement amount.

Good Day,<br> <br> My name is Calvin Phago,I had Game RCS account and on the 08/11/2014 i went to game at The Zone Mall Rosebank and asked how much was my balance and i was told that it is R5688.28<br> and i paid the balance in hard earned cash, since then i keep receiving sms notifications from game store saying my account is outstanding.I made a call on 03/03/2015(***) and asked what is it that i still owe since they keep sending SMSes and was told that i owe R80.92.<br> Again they telling me that i have to request a settlement amount,what settlement since i paid the account in full?I'm not happy at all with their services and was considering using them in future but it ends here.Where do they think we get money?Petrol is increasing,tax increasing,Taxi Fares increasing,Food Increasing.Some of us are low income earners and depend on every single cent we receive.<br> I'm not going to pay what they say i owe them.i need this sorted out.I PAID R5688.28!!!!
