Settled RCS GAME Account

I am also going through the same struggling when I check my credit score it appears as I did not pay the settlement fee and closed my account. I have spoken to an RCS CONSULTANT and was told that my account was indeed closed. Sadly when I check my score RCS still appears as if it wasn't paid off. Sent an email to *** but that email didn't go through. Seems as if their email isn't functioning. I'm trying to apply for a home loan but my credit score is negatively affected by this.
