Service...what service...online purchasing at Game is a f****

I placed an order online for goods on 29 March. On 30 March the order status showed "Dispatched" I heard nothing further from Game or any courier untill Sunday 3 April when I recieved a call from the Rosrbank branch stating that the courier has difficulty in contacting me. I was promised delivery today 4 April. Once again I heard nothing from no one and when I contacted Game Rosebank today the phone just rang. It is now 16:45 and dtill no delivery. Think you have lost me as a customer, but I will make sure I will share this pathetic service experience as wide as possible in social media to alert potential online customers of the kind of service they can ecpect from Game
