**** service yet again from Game CapeGate
So I've got a faulty Hisense fridge that's still under warranty. I sent Hisense a email regarding the faults with photos and Hisense said Game must refund me my money. I went to Capegate Game where the guy told me it will take a few days for Hisense to refund me the money, and they will send someone in a few days to come and collect the fridge. I'm still waiting it's been a month now and still nothing? Game's service is very **** at Capegate, I really don't know what's happening I got a phone call 2 weeks ago from Game that said they finalizing the everything and it will take a few days but ****it a month? No man I won't buy at that store again very *** service.

07 Feb 2021, 09:27I complaied about a month ago about people not answering their phone, so on the 7th I decided to phone to hear what's happening. The lady puts me through to the home appliances section and yet again no one answers the Phone nee wat that just put the nail in the coffin.
