Service that sucks!!!!

I am saddled with an inferior product, took the time to log a query but Game has not even bothered to respond.

I bought several packs of brown sugar from Game Promenade that is contaminated and that possibly poses a health risk, but alas, GAME is non-chalant and does not even care

One would think that if Customer Care is important that the matter will be rectified but this type of service adds insult to injury. This situation simply adds to one's frustration when one's cries falls on deaf ears and one's pleas are ignored.

Companies who cannot back up their claims of caring for their customers should also be ignored!
