Service sucks

On the 24th of December 2015 i purchased a game (Xbox 360 Tomb Raider *** R300.00) at Benoni Lakeside mall.<br> <br> This was a present for my husband. We went away on Christmas to Amanzimtoti.<br> <br> on the 25th when we opened our presents, guess what no CD !!!!!<br> <br> when I purchased the gift the teller Pamela had a very bad attitude as they were busy closing and i was holding her up they were so unhelpful when i asked for a price for gift wrapping paper they firstly ignored me and then said we cant help there is no price on it.<br> <br> when i phoned and asked if i can come and collect the disc they said it would be okay they have it.<br> Sending my driver today they were once again so unhelpful they gave him the money and said there is no stock and they cant assist me.<br> <br> how do i tell my husband that his gift is no a no gift and i only have the money.<br> <br> i do not want my money i want a game similar or not it was a gift and it needs to be replaced.<br> <br> it is not my fault as customer that the goods were not to standard.<br> <br> please get back to me as i am frustrated about the bad service and attitude regarding this.<br> <br> can we have this resolved once and forever.<br> <br> Regards Michelle
