******* Service from Game Rustenburg

Purchased a Sofa for sale on their website 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I have been calling trying to figure out what the delay is and no one has been able to help. I'm told that that the courier does not have the proper van to deliver this large item, not only that but the Sofa that I have ordered was available in Game Soweto and not Game Rustenburg where I had ordered from. Their customer service is extremely appalling and no one has bothered to update me but I have to waste my time and money contacting them. Better communication would have been appreciated since I had spent over R4000 on a Sofa I didn't receive and they had no intention of even delivering.
