Service etiquette

I am absolutely shocked at the Game store in promenade Mitchell's plain. No Prices on goods, staff members walking around and talking with no masks. Where's the covid protocol that supposed to be in place? The store is filthy, stock laying on the floors like there's no interest in the cleanliness of the store. It looks disgusting! You ask for the manager and he or she is nowhere to be found. Doesn't Game have people that visits the stores to check on the quality and cleanliness of their stores.
