I bought a microwave from this "absolutely fantastic" store. Took it home and plugged it in. Went abroad dor work without even using it once and upon my return, it was faulty, not working at all and even worse is when you tilt it to the side, there are loose parts moving around. They wont replace it, but it needs to be sent for an assessment. I wonder how long thia will take. And in the meanwhile, I am left without a microwave
