Service delivery

Im writting this out of frustration,i went to gane store wonderpark to buy hob &oven defy stove set on the 2december 2020 i was told that they are currently out of stock so for me to secure the order i should pay and i was advised that they are expecting order on Saturday the 5th december till today i haven't receive my stove i have been calling gave each and everyday enquiring same story that they still waiting for a supplier,i have kids to cook for but because i don't have stove i always buy takeaways with the money i have saved to run my errands,i really need my stove please I'm desperate,we are going to Christmas so it means i won't cook for my family.
