I bought a Karcher pressure washer from Game TYGERVALLEYin Dec 2020. In Jan 2021 I discovered that the detergent mixing tank in the unit is not adding my detergent with during the cleaning process. I took the unit back to Game who advised me they are returning the unit back to the manufacturer. After 2 weeks i received a call from karcher that I have to pay an additional amount for the repairs to the machine who was not even working from day 1, i went to fwtch the machine and left the issue and being very dissatisfied with Games service. Now in Sept 2023 i bought a 34 Defy microwave from GAME CANAL WALK that only worked for 5 months and its dead. now they are telling me the same ****. We pay our money for brand new working devices and this store take our money for a ride and selling **** to our people. These foreign companies take our people hard earned money for ****. with their service and products they sell.
