Service at game is very poor I hate buying at game

On 7th January 2025 I bought a 18kg twin**** defy Washing machine at game but when in trying to use the machine its leaking 😢 when I looked at I see a whole inside the machine it was 15th same month then lay a claim about the problem I find in the machine they say they will look at the problem I've been calling sending emails regarding my problem they say I must wait till they sent a technician from defy who came and took pictures of machine then no reply after that I decided to call them this morning they say I must pay because the machine wasn't on warranty of which I don't understand that if you can assist me to get back my money and game took their machine I will he happy
