**** service and I want my money back

I am highly dissatisfied with the bad service I have received from Game online it’s been over 3 months that I places and order that never arrived and now I’m fighting for my money back, I have had back and forth contact with their useless call center agents and their useless headoffice till this day no one has confirmed anything about my refund nor took their time to call me back . Never will I shop at this store ever again trashy service
