Seriously bad customer service

Went in for a contract upgrade with all the paperwork just to hear the special is out of stock.we were told they would let us know as soon as stock arrives.after few weeks went and queried on two occasions where they just told us still waiting for stock.at last 6 weeks later we go again to find out the stock arrived the previous night but we cant have the special anymore because it was on the previous months specials.basically made us waste 6 weeks of our time as we could have gotten something else in the meantime.contacted the game customer service,which says they respond in 24 hours,but now its 4 days later and still no response…
