Sending a canceled order out for delivery and not communicating

I made an online order on Wednesday and canceled it same day because I needed the money urgently,the following day I called and they told me that they can see I made the cancelation but I didn't get any email to show that my order was canceled instead they confirmed the delivery and even gave it to courier or am I forced to collect the delivery even when I canceled it?? The order is still active when I check it today it's Tuesday and there is still no communication when I call they just say they see that I requested for cancelation. I'm a student and I need that money for basic things, Why is the order still active even when I canceled it within 12 hours?? The paying process is fast but returning the money you have to be the one following up with them each day without even a positive feedback, since Wednesday they've been saying I'll get feedback and now it's Tuesday but still nothing...as a student who need that money for food and transport but all I get is poor service from the team there's no communication or even an email
