Selling wrong Items but as advertised items falsely this is ******ion by game

Game in cradlestone mall advertises a samdung A11 phone 32 gb with 3 gb ram for R3000.00 Standing on the shelf it is advertised as 3gb ram phone..

When I purchased the phone and got back home in Natal i found out that this A11 is a 2gb ram phone I phoned cradlestone mall 's Game and asked them about it they said they are aware of it but its not theur problem because they dont put the adds in store ! Tht is false advertising ! If they advertise it as 3gb ram phone with the price I expect to get the phone they advertised and sold to.me not a smaller phone then with a cheek they tell me the shelf adverti*****t says 3gb ram..but they only have 2gb ram phones ....you cannot put a sticker saying its 3gb for tht price and then sell me a 2gb one .... What *****es !! That is ******ion Game selling stuff in that *****ed manner telling me afterwards its not theire problem disgusts me. 2nd problem with game in 6 months.. Pls hello peter help me to make them give me what I pd for..
