SELLING PRODUCTS THAT DON'T BENEFIT THE PUBLIC

We bought a 40L Samsung microwave which comes with a 2 year guarantee and was advised by the sales lady to purchase an extended warranty, which we did. Little did we know that the microwave would "give in" during the extended warranty. I took it in for repairs and was informed it would take 21 days or less. The 21 days has passed, Game is now giving me the run around & customer care reps at the Brooklyn branch keep promising to call me back but never do!
