SELLING PRODUCTS ON WEBSITE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE STOCK OF - FALSE ADVERTISING

Placed an order on the 20th of April for ink cartridges online that was advertised as part of an ESSENTIAL product that will be delivered during lock down. Up until now I have received NOTHING. It is more the two months later and no refund and no cartridges. After having to contact them a few times I was told they don't have stock. In these times how can you take a clients money for more than two months with no result!!!!!!! DONT ADVERTISE A PRODUCT YOU DONT HAVE!!!!
