Selling old stock to unsuspected costomers
I bought defy fridge in 2011. Had to have repairs done twice . Defy remarked today when repairing that it was 7 yrs old fridge. I found that strange because it was bought in 2011. Check and at ?the back it is marked as manufactured in 2009. I have the right to now that i am buying something that got old in your stores. No wonder i had to have it repaired twice already. How can you do that?

As discussed with management it is highly unlikely that the store will have old stock in the store as the turn around of stock is very fast. Your fridge is still not working and you undertook to call Defy yourself as you do not have any proof of purchase. However we did escalated the matter to Defy as well for investigation.
