Selling of junk with no

In July we bought two Tablets HCL ME. this is claimed to be a child product... we don't have toddlers! they are 7 and 8 year olds! the screens broke because of use, didn't drop or gotten bumped! they cracked all around the inside of the screen, no marks on the tablet side, i have seen a phone broke because of drop! why should i pay R650 to fix a R1000 tablet that is not even 7 months old? why do they sell goods if the product is so weak? and no one stops you even if you tell the sales guy that it is for kids!?!? <br> i am not paying for a bad brand and a place like Game sell these things with a smile!
