Security stops kids entering Game Jabulani with no reason

Security Lady at Game store Jabulani mall miss treated kids with no reason

I am very upset, shocked and dissapointed with how my 2 minor children were tread at Game Jabulani by the security lady standing in the entrance of the shop. Who was refusing my entrance to the store with no reason. When i asked the security of the reason why my kids were not allowed in the store? she could not answer instead she became extremely rude, arrogant together with her colleague telling me that kids at that age ***** that's why they were not allowed in the store.

Can someone senior at Game stores please explain or show a policy that is limiting or prohibiting kids from entering the store.

Can someone please tell me if security guards are allowed to stop kids from entering your store with no reason? is this how you treat your customers?

i must say i did not have a good experience solely because of those 2 security guards that exercise and implement what ever they think is suitable for them and do whatever they like to kids.
