Seconds tvs / overpriced repairs

I purchased tv from game last year however was sold by game as out of box refurbished, hence no box and came with discount. When I tested tv when arrived in cape town, the colour screen showed blue and Netflix app didn't work. Due to lockdown I couldn't return tv sooner. When I eventually could take tv back, due to no box or assistance from store, tv cracked on way to store for repair. Although, we can put all blame on me, the fact is, I never received a box in the first place, nor was it sold as a brand new tv. Even if the screen was cracked afterwards, it never worked properly in the first place, hence probably why game gave discount in the first place. Now I'm quoted R11000 to repair the tv, double what I paid for. Game ref ***. I'm definitely not paying this. This tv was cracked due to no packing provided and game refused to pick up TV. I expect sometime of resolution to the problem
