SECONDHAND GOODS SOLD AS NEW !!!!!

On 26 August 2015 we bought a Packard Bell Laptop at Game Westcoast mall for R3999. My husband put the laptop on charge for 6 hours. When he switched it on...it already had a username and asked for a password. I tracked down the user on facebook and she says she returned the laptop to game as it had a faulty motherboard. When my husband asked the salesman about the seal that was broken on the box the salesman said it was fine Game is aware of it and the item is brand new. Not only have we paid for a SECONDHAND item...we also paid for a FAULTY item...that they knew was faulty. The Salesman checked the stock and said there were two available...the one on display and one in stock. There are dozens of complaints against Game here...one lady even bought an item..got home and there were carrots still stuck in the blade of the utensil she bought !!!! THIS IS PATHETIC to say the least. Its our money...our time...our effort..petrol to travel back to Vredenburg again...THIS IS NOT ON...SOMETHING MUST BE DONE.
