Scratch and dent fridge from GAME

Bought fridge from Game Gateway (30 November) bad experience to begin with. Went for Hisense fridge on special but since no stock of a sale item I was told I can't get another item that is similar for same price although the fridge was never marked for sale instore and was advertised at its original price. After much discussion with floor staff/department manger/store manager I was offered the item on display for sale as a demo at R100 off. Which between us is a rip of. Left this **** deal and bought the more expensive Defy.

Fridge delivered Monday evening with a dent so I sent it back. Planned new delivery today when I wasn't home they supp**** the same fridge with the dent in it that I originally sent back. GAME can you come back for this fridge as I didn't buy from scratch and dent!

Today I went back to Game Gateway as per agreement. This store has no customer service or regards to resolving my complaint. Can you re-address my concerns with this store as this became ugly with Vernon. Resolve urgently as the fridge is still at my home and this matter is not sorted and now I am calling/texting/laying complaints and running around at my cost for something I bought brand new.
