I bought a Freezer, microwave and laptop at Game in 2018. My freezer is still neat and has all stickers on, but just stopped working or trips the current. It says 5 year warranty and when I contacted the Century City branch where I did the purchase I was told to have a slip. I then asked them to get it on there system they then told me Quinton they can't as they changed there system and only have till 2020. I still have my game card and can't be blamed if they did not or can't archive data. I'm upset as freezer is under a 5 year warranty and I bought it in 2018 March now they refuse to help me. Stop robbing people expecialy customers that have been buying for years with you. Feels like a 5 year ****.
