I paid my payjoy account (Device tag: DJGCZPH) at Game store Mams mall on the 23rd of December 2022. Payjoy and Game both agree that the payment didn't go through and it has been over a month now without getting assistant from both companies.

I now can't use the phone that I paid R972 for due to your lack of customer service. I'm deeply disappointed in your staff for not being able to assist me and coming up with new excuses everytime I seek help, including the management team.i want my money back.
