scaleaway damage drum of my washing machine

I am so disappointed yesterday I went to game Cresta I asked for something that I can clean my washing machine with, the guy by the name of Nhlanhla gave me a his a clean scale away, said I must put the whole packet, when I got home, I use one tables**** of scaleaway yo my surprise the drum of my washing machine change colour, it is no longe stainles steel it is black inside, i phoned this morning I spoke to him he gave me attitude,, saying maybe there is something I used before, I said no I didn't,, he was rude I even record him..later he told me that I must bring the invoice, for him to log a call, he want to insist that there was something wrong with the machine, he doesn't want to agree that the product he sold me damages my washing machine, i want my drum to be replaced or I want the new washing machine,my machine is six month old, I won't wait for him to phone Bosch company, as I am a mother I have washing that need to be done ,i need the drum to be relaced the latest by thursday or the new machine also by Thursday, I can't use machine I am afraid it will damage my washing... he even told me I that bought the machine at makro so he won't exchange it.
