Satisfactory Service

Hi,<br> <br> I think Peter (Manager - Game) deserves a compliment given the effort he made in making sure I was satisfied. <br> <br> I purchased an electronic device that only came with a UK plug point. Upon calling Game, Peter had made every effort in making sure I got a free SA adapter. Ultimately I declined the offer to have it delivered to me - I asked the he arrange for me to be able to collect one at a more convenient Mall, and he did. <br> <br> It also deserves mentioning that every time I called the store, the phone was answered very promptly. In my experience with department stores, this isn't generally the case.<br> <br> I appreciate Games overall professionalism regarding the rectifying of an obvious packaging error.<br> <br> Thanks!<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Yoshnee
