SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE

Just over two years back we purchased a Samsung Washing Machine at Game Canal Walk. Senseless to say the washing machine was a problem from the start. Finally when we reported the matter a technician came out and replaced the motor. However after this the matter persisted within a few weeks. The problem being the machine makes the sound but does not move when washing, however the weirdest part is sometimes it washes fine, loads being light to big, but never heavy.<br> Last night to my despair the machine just completely packs up, this being a total inconvenience, and of course the warranty just expired.<br> Unfortunately the shops are always so busy and with two young kids we don't have the time to constantly lodge complaints.<br> I.think it unfair that one pays so much for convenience which turns out to be the total opposite Really pathetic quality.
