SAMSUNG TV's MADE TO LAST ONLY UNTIL WARRANTY

Purcahsed Samsung 46 Inch Full HD 3D LED TV in from Game still under warranty and already repaired once with complete new screen, TV worked fine until 2014 January when I noticed a line on the bottom and the left hand side being blackend out . Took it into the store and insisted on replacment as I sensed this will be on going , but Game policy is that we have to send for repairs if it after 6 months although was kindly assited by Kishen, the overall service from supplier was awful. Tv went in on the 14th Feb and got it back on the 28th of Feb all this time without a TV. Again TV giving trouble and they want to repair again, apparently another issue with TV this time a cable inside is faulty. Service received was absolutely pathetic from TM electronics Samsung's agents in Durban. came to home way after appointment Time, technicians viewed the fault then took out LNB cable and stated hat we need to call DSTV call center and left ?, receive a call from Game on Saturday to arrange with TM electronics again, still waiting for call from technians? and This time I refuse for a repair. Guess those customer's who slam their TVs in store are given replacments its the Civial ones that loose
