Samsung tv repaired 5 times and is with Samsun for 8 moths not amsung

i bought a Samsung tv from Game the tv has been repaired 5 times. It's now with Samsung for 9 months and still not repaired. Game says it's my fault because i booked the unit with Samsung direct and not via Game stores. I now want a full refund
