samsung tv damaged usb port

I bought a Samsung LED flat screen and then the usb port was damaged, i took it in on a Saturday in January and my tv is stil at game for more than a month now.<br> First they called my dad to say i damaged the usb port and had to pay to have it fixed because the warranty doesnt cover that, so a lady Joyce quoted us R850 to fix it and said we should deposit money then faxed the reciept, my dad did that and then she said that she didnt get the fax, also when he tried calling the number, it says number does not exist...<br> Im not one to complain but waiting for just over a month is a bit ridiculous<br> Kind Regards Faatimah
