Samsung S4 on Cell C Smart chart 1G

I bought SAMSUNG S4 contract phone on the 3rd of August 2014 at Game Kathu, the phone was on special of R299.00 including smart chart 1G(so I thought) as per GAME Adverti*****t<br> The sales lady kindly explained to me that the phone is an open line, I did not have a problem with that because my previous contract with MTN was an open line<br> My problem is that my subscription is R393.96 now not R299.00 as per advert, I contacted CELL C and they told me to go back to Game Kathu, I contacted Game and they said I must go to CELL C<br> Nobody is willing to help me because they all don't want to take the blame,<br> the store manager at Kathu rep**** and said\The representative of cell c was in the store today and busy assisting me with your query.<br> Can I ask of you to please forward me a three months bank statement.<br> <br> I need to forward it to them to show the deductions from your account."<br> I did everything that they asked me to do but even today i am still waiting"
