Samsung Curve TV cracking complaint
So i lodge a complaint with Lady at Game Store - Three River with regards to my Samsung Curve TV 49" i bought Aug 2016 which was cracking on the edges. I lodged the complain 3 times in 2017 and no feedback whatsoever every time i try to follow up am told to leave the details again. what should i do now? contact Samsung directly? this TV is still cracking and will eventually fall apart then what?
