Samsung aircon not cooling properly

I purchased a Samsung aircon from Game Canal Walk on 10 Oct 2015. It was sold with free installation and warranty through Fourways Airconditioning. These have been my list of problems:<br> - Installation was never handled by Fourways Airconditioning. It was passed off to Independent Appliance Services (IAS) then sub-contracted to Leoson Engineering.<br> - Leoson Engineering finally came and did the installation on 31 October 2015.<br> - 2 weeks later we tried to use the aircon and found that it wasn't cooling at all.<br> - Logged a service request with IAS to request that Leoson Engineering come out and inspect the unit. They briefly looked at it (5 minutes) and suspected it was a gas leak.<br> - They came out a few days later and \repaired"the leak.<br> - Used the aircon again a few days ago (30 Nov) for the first time since Leoson Engineering \""repaired\"" the leak and AGAIN it isn't cooling and making some strange noises.
