Samsung Aircon

Last Thursday I bought a Aircon from Game Somerset Mall, the lady helping me, Charney said it would take at the longest 5 days for Samsung to sent someone to install it. Today, I call Game again, because I still did not hear anything from Samsung. The lady helping me, Gail said she talked to Samsung and she need to fax the papers again. So I called the lady from Samsung myself and se confirmed that she got the fax this morning for the first time.<br> According to this lady from Samsung, Game just never faxed through the papers for the installation. She said the Aircon could have been installed early this week if only they got the faxed papers.<br> If I do not have my Aircon installed by tomorrow afternoon, I will return this Aircon to Game. This is unacceptable...
