Samsung A13 factory faults

I bought Samsung A13 on 20 October 2022 at Game Potchefstroom but I can't find my slip the phone is not even 6months but it's went blank it's no longer working I still have the box and it's shows 2years warranty but it's didn't last for even 6months. Can I be assisted without a slip or get a reprint. Regards Nondumiso Mabaso
