SAMSUNG - 9KG TOP LOAD WHITE WASHING MACHINE - NEVER WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have sent the below to BayWest Game with no reply , they have told me its not thier problem - i must contact samsung - i have numerous times also no reply!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a brand new machine never even been used! This no response from anyone has been going on since MARCH!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Never worked since the day we bought it , been into the bay west store about 18 times, if this does not get replaced before the 31st of July I will be getting my lawyers involved! Your service is Pathetic - you quick to sell products and take my money but then when i complain in store - no sorry we cant help you contact Samsung! this is not my JOB!!! YOU AS GAME NEED TO SORT THIS OUT NOW! IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS ALREADY AND IM TRIED OF IT!</p> <p>If i do not get a reply from you before the 31st OR a new washing machine , my lawyers will be at your Baywest branch as this is breach of the CPA!<br /> </p>
