Samsung
Between 5 and 6 months ago I was I Cape Town and my fiance wanted to surprise me and went to Game Centurion Mall accompanied by her mother and purchased a Samsung Series 5 Smart Led tv. The salesman told them that there was a factory fault on the TV stand and that they will give her a wall bracket. Now the place we moved into we are not allowed to make holes in the walls. A week ago I went to Brooklyn Mall Pretoria and went into the Samsung shop and asked the agent if they don't have a stand I can buy. I explained my story and he told me that the salesman at Game was wrong to tell my fiance that the TV stand was a factory fault because Samsung would never release a product that has a fault. I was disgusted and now I want Game to give me my tv stand. This is really poor service.<br>
