Samsung 19kg promo

Bad Service from Game Kenilworth!!! Bought a Samsung 19kg washing machine on the 26th August 2022. The promotion included 3 bags of 3kg Omo auto which I never received. I went in store and according to them they couldn’t help me. Which they gave me a email address and a phone number of Samsung which I mailed and called on numerous occasions up till this day still haven’t received anything. I keep driving petrol out and calling all my airtime only for them to still not be able to assist. Samsung says they don’t know about a promo. But I bought the machine from game which I expected my washing powder from them. I’m at my wits end and honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I keep calling the store and my called gets “ put” through to that department which they never answer the call. Game u need to up your game I’m a really unhappy customer which won’t recommend anyone to actually buy the machine on promo because this is what they doing.
