Samsung 13kg Washing machine paid cash

I bought a 13kg Samsung washing machine from Game-stores, Green Acres, Port Elizabeth on the 29th August 2017. On the 29th August I was assured that the store would receive stock of the above mentioned within a week. I waited for a week and no one from game-stores called me to give me an update regarding the washing machine. i have been calling game store every week and they just keep on telling me that they haven't received stock from the Samsung. I called the again last week and was told that they will be receiving stock on the 5th of October. i was also told that this is the final date. I decided to call the again about 1 hour ago to check on the progress and was given a date of the 10th . I am frustrated and fed up with game stores as this is such an inconvenience. i have spent over a R1000 on laundry while waiting for my washing machine.
