Same story different script

Bought a washing machine on the 1st of May 2019, requested to collect it myself, my husband went to collect the machine at their warehouse last week and he was told its out of stock and they will call him. Week later i call and tild there's still no stock!! I wad advised that stick will be received yesterday and i should call again today. I called again today another story. I've paid for this item and i demand that Game delivers it as im now being inconvenieced by their lack of Customer service. I can no longer wait!!
