SALES OF INFERIOR PRODUCTS

I purchased a DIY make-shift home storage closet from Game Pavilion about 7 months ago. A week later I purchased another from Game at City View. About 5 months in, the material on both started to disintegrate. 7 months later they have totally disintegrated and are barely holding together. I went back the Game Pavilion branch with photos and spoke to the lady at Customer Care only to be told that she could not help without the slip. I asked how are we supposed to produce the slip, when the ink on the slip doesn't even last that long. She said that there was nothing that she could do. Game is the only place that sells this product and they are of inferior quality. It does not state anywhere that this item has a short life span or that the materials used disintegrate.
