Sad state of retail affairs

It's a pity the rating doesn't allow for lower grading. In a world where the best customer service deems the existance and return of business, Game and more specifically Vodacom with it in City View mall Durban is lacking completely. Having been 3 times to the store in three weeks with nobody able to assist or sign up a contract and as it seems nobody seems to be there on sundays. Standing for 20 mins at Game stores customers service desk not a single staff member bustling around bothered to ask if i or the other family waiting had been assisted and the manager giving me the same poor excuse 3 times in a row. Game and Vodacom in City View mall Durban I forsee your closure very soon sadly.
