SA GAME STORE, ONLINE PURCHASING!!JVC SMART TV-NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!!!!!!!!

I previously wrote a review regarding false adverti*****t on the Game online purchasing adverti*****t , regarding a JVC smart TV that I purchased and will not allow certain apps to be downloaded now air. Game rep**** and agreed that indeed such information was not displayed on the adverti*****t specifications of the TV. They added that they would help me due to the fact that there was a false reflection of the JVC smart tv of which I couldn’t have known. Days later after agreeing they would help me. THIS IS THE HELP THEY REP**** WITH ON MY EMAIL “ Hi Nondumiso, I trust you are well. Apologies but we are not able to exchange the unit as it was opened and used. GAME STORE SOUTH AFRICA AND JVC TV. DONT BUY, BUY AT TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased a JVC SMART TV at game online store. The tv was delivered and could not download apps and certain apps were restricted. Bare in my that this information was not displayed on the specifications as per the adverti*****t. When I made an enquiry I was dismissed and informed that I can return it . They can only take it only if it was not opened and there is absolutely no logic in that. How could I have known that the item was not as per the adverti*****t. They dismissed me and said they had no help for me. Game store South Africa is against all customers rights and they are not sorry about it . As for JVC I totally have no words. False specification!!!!! Unhappy customer
