Ryobi Angle Grinder 2yr Warranty?

<p>To Whom it may Concern.</p> <p>On the 14th May 2016 I sent a Ryobi Angle Grinder G2 ********** watts to GAME stores Ballito, which is still currently under warranty. I have the Cash receipt on hand. The box says 2 year warranty. Ballito Game Store sent the Ryobi Angle Grinder for repairs and then was sent back unrepaired. They asked me for payment around + - R450.00 for repairs of the Angle Grinder. If my purchase of the Angle Grinder is still under warranty why must I pay a cost for repairs.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Customer</p>
