new Russell hobbs hob oven was purchased. when being installed into the wooden oven cubicle, the glass door exploded. went back to game, they say they cant do anything about it, its RH problem. when I contact RH they say its game's problem. according to the consumer protection act section H I have a right to fair value, good quality and safety
